These terms apply to business customers (B2B) granted access to the ProdTech AS webshop through a user account.
User accounts are created by ProdTech following an invitation or agreement, not by open self-registration. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and not sharing them with third parties.
Displayed prices are customer-specific and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. An order is binding once submitted through the webshop.
ProdTech delivers according to the agreed delivery time where possible, but is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
